Determine procedures for solving complex operational employment, system development, design, integration, and analytical problems. Perform or direct operational, scientific, and technical systems and CONOPS analysis. Report on any and all changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Prepare briefings and reports on study planning, analysis methodology, and results. The Operations Integration section supports both ISR management and C4-ISR processes and procedures to ensure the flow of information and requirements within CCJ2 providing planning ideas, concepts, and recommendations to support and improve current and future operations within the J2 Operations Division and coordination with external stakeholders. Facilitates current activities, emerging requirements and new missions impacting Division operations.Responsible to CCJ2-OR Leadership for direct subject matter expertise on TUAVs (Tactical Unmanned Air Vehicles) throughout the entire theatre.
Senior Operations Integrator
Intelligence Fusion and operations support for coalition units directly engaged in Combat operations. Actively coordinates the fusing of operational and intelligence information to the supported unit and provides an operational perspective to the products for the supported commander. Work daily with the units Future Operations Planners to look forward and and help design specifically tailored network analysis/targeting packages ISO the units combat mission and threat enviroment. Responsible to the supported Commander to collect, analyze and fuse operational and intelligence information to assist the supported unit in Future Operations and targeting planning and conducting their assigned missions in the Conventional and Irregular Warfare Enviroment. Ability to create and analyze high-profile intelligence and anti-terrorism products for the Battalion, Brigade, Regiment, Division, MEF,Coalition Staffs and our interagency partners ISO the Counter Insurgency Fight in Afg. I deployed to eastern Afghanistan in May 2013, and SW Afghanistan in Jan 2014. After returning to Reston in Aug I was promoted to (Lead) Senior Operations Integrator for the RC East Team. I deployed again to RSHQ in Kabul as Lead Ops for TAA (Train, Advise and Assist) (EF-7) where I lead a small team of JIDA personnel Teaching Basic Intelligence Courses throughout Afghanistan at both the Corps and Ministry level. Just returned from short assignment to Afghanistan where I was Team Leader for small Intel support team attached to US Army Forces where we supported Afghanistan National Army Intelligence in East Afghanistan.

Managed the health and well being for a staff of 55 Coalition Officers, CF NCOs and Interagency/OGA personnel living on the Afghanistan/Pakistan border. Experienced with management of Joint Military/ Interagency organizations dealing with counter Insurgency ISR operations in a high threat enviroment far from the nearest coalition base in Eastern Afghanistan. Assisted Commander with management of FMV systems and all support personnel required for the ISR PED Line and in support of the Irregular warfare mission. After returning to Macdill AFB in 2011 I was assigned to G5 Plans section and I worked there until Retirement. ( 29 year retirement from the USMC)

With a Staff of 4 personnel I developed future and current operations and plans and was directly responsible for the coordination with all interagency partners to validate and justify these requirements. These exercises and requirements were ISO Marine Forces Reserve, New Orleans, La and their extensive Operational Commitments in Iraq, Afghanistan and also supporting USAF and USA Security Cooperation efforts in Central/South America and the Caribbean Basin. These Operations supported US Air Force South, US Army South and Marine Forces South, I worked almost daily with their planners to source Marines for these requirements.Worked directly with Marine Forces Command and HQMC in early 2010 ISO an urgent RFF from II Marine Expeditionary Force to support the Marines 24th MEU with Civil Affairs Marines for Operation Unified Response. The RFF called for a detachment of Civil Affairs Marines that also were French Speakers and needed them within 7 days. The Marines were sourced by my Office from units all over the US and were sent to Moorhead City NC before the MEU sailed. Worked with Manpower USMC (MMFA now MMIB) Force Augmentation Branch and Marine Forces Central Command on JMD issues IOT source specific Marine Corps billets ISO the ongoing fight in Afghanistan to USFOR-A and Marine Corps specific staffing to MarCent billets throughout Afghanistan and SW Asia. Only Representative for MarForRes in Washington DC with knowledge of DRRS(Defense Readiness Reporting System) and was the sole member of the Staff with access and ability to track, update and complete unit DRRS reporting.

•As Operations Chief I was responsible for assisting senior management in the efficient management of Operations and Training Plans to include, administrative, logistics and maintenance services. •Performed direct supervisory duties of all Operations and Unit staff members and Developed Future and Current Ops Training Plans and coordinated S3 Shop for Training,administrative and logistics planners for the Units extensive Operational Commitments in Iraq and Afghanistan ISO the War on Terror, Central and South America and the Caribean Basin ISO Air Force South, Army South and Marine Forces South. •Performed security manager duties as required, e. g., reviews of personnel clearances and security space requirements, technology and Facility Physical Security requirements for several Marine Corps Units in Washington, DC.•Taught unit level C-IED strategy and tactics to over 850 Marines and sailors deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan in conjunction with Pre Deployment Training (PTP) and Coordinated MRAP drivers training for Marines Deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan.• Implemented and monitored all support services, including procurement of Training, transport, travel , communications, engineering and information technology support and provision of local facilities and base service requirements.•Served as the I MEF G9 Chief during OIF 5 to provide humanitarian assistance to people of Iraq. •Developed, Coordinated and overseen the Units Worldwide Deployment Training Plans, ISO Iraq, Afghanistan, Central, South America, Caribean Basin and Africa.

•Solicited and coordinated support with other directorates/organizations, staff agencies and units within Central Command AOR. Had a firm understanding of financial/cost accounting as it relates to U.S. Government contracting and contracts. Senior Enlisted in Mobility section of the J4 directorate. Coordinated all enlisted schools and training for the Mobility section during this period. Thoroughly familiar with the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATTRS) and Army Knowledge Online (AKO).Directed, coordinated, supervised, train, and synchronize the work of the J4 (Mobility) section to ensure efficient and prompt actions; assists S4 in all aspects of logistics support to the J4 Directorate.
