- Handles 4 Facilities and 6 sanitary personnel.- Conducts Preventive and corrective maintenance of all Facilities Equipments.- Conduct daily toolbox meeting. - Made a standardized process flows and forms for the department. - Meeting with the contractors to ensure Gant chart is followed accordingly.- Conduct weekly progress report to the given work orders of the department. - Ensuring the building integrity and its overall appearance. - Ensuring the building is GMP & HACCP compliant- Works hand in hand with the purchasing department to insure all the purchased material are in right specifications.- Creates OPEX and CAPEX budgets.

Philippines

- Handles 16 General Services personnel. (3 Utilities, 1 Parts runner, 3 welders, 3 automotive mechanic, 2 Equipment mechanic, 4 electricians.)- Conduct daily toolbox meeting.- Maintains cleanliness and proper segregation of all garbage in the factory. - Creating safety protocols to insure the wellness of all the employees.- Conducts daily maintenance work report to the top management thru whatsapp.- Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance to all the MEPF, HVAC, Pumps, buildings and production equipment. - Inputs all the maintenance works on SAP Plant Maintenance to keep maintenance records. - Primary approver of all maintenance request of my fellow General Services Supervisor though out the country.- Assist the BFP in their yearly checkup.- In-charge of installation of new machines and contacting suppliers especially in China.- Meeting with the contractors to ensure gant chart is followed accordingly.- Weekly roving in all the Mandaue Foam Showrooms to ensure there is no maintenance concerns was left pending. - Works hand in hand with the purchasing department to insure all the purchased material are in right specifications.- Insuring all Showroom are in presentable condition. (Paints, Temperature, lightings, walls, ETC).
