Cleaning Genies was founded after my wife lost her corporate job in 2008. It began as a residential cleaning company operated by just my wife and marketed in our spare time. Over the years it has grown into a full-service commercial and residential cleaning company with one Salesperson/Account Manager, my wife as Office Manager/Customer Service, myself as New Business Development and over a dozen employees that work hard in the field cleaning homes and businesses throughout the Sebago Lakes Region and Greater Portland.

Was the Owner/Partner of the Sanford, Maine location of Reliant Mortgage Company. Worked with and developed loan officers to help them be successful, worked with processors on compliance issues and the expeditious underwriting of files and handled marketing.Regulatory changes in the industry caused a restructuring within Reliant Mortgage and the location was closed in September of 2011.

Responsible for managing the new and used vehicle sales departments. Duties included creating marketing plans, buying advertising, purchasing/ordering new and used cars, effectively managing an inventory of several hundred vehicles, recruiting and training top sales staff and working with customers to ensure a high-quality experience helping us to maintain some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the northeast with both GM and Nissan.

Started as a new car sales person and worked up to F&I Manager, Assistant New Car Manager, Sales Manager and eventually General Manager where I was responsible for the sales department of the Portland Chevrolet/Motor City dealership and the Saco Motor City Nissan dealership. Managed an inventory of approaching 1,000 vehicles, handled marketing and a multi--million dollar advertising budget, dealt with the factory representatives and managed a staff of a dozen or so managers and approximately 50 sales persons. Received several top dealership awards for being the top Chevrolet dealer in the state and maintained top customer satisfaction ratings with our customers.
