Currently managing the roadmap and helping to increase revenue for DI International Products & DI Mobile Platform. Previously responsible for DI Land Products and our Enterprise Data Delivery Platform which includes our Geospatial & Web Services Products - DI Direct Access API and DI GeoData Services.

Responsible for creation of DI GeoData Services Product – Contains 420 custom GIS layers available in WMS, WFS, and ESRI Map & Feature formats – Used in gaining competitive intelligence and making decisions on when, where, and how to drill for hydrocarbons. Responsible for Direct Access API (Application Programming Interface) development at Drillinginfo. This includes programmatic access to XML and JSON payloads of our core corporate database tables. Maintain roadmaps, requirements, and oversee 10-person technical teams during daily standups, planning/backlog grooming sessions, and retrospectives in Agile development/testing/production environments.Simultaneously served as Director of Product Operations, Applications Team for 4 Months from October 2015 to January 2016. During this time period, I managed the team responsible for roadmaps, requirements, and development of desktop-based and web-based Products – DI Desktop, DI Transform, DI Classic, DI 2.0 – Production Workspace, Royalty-Info B2C Web Site, DI Executive Dashboard. In addition, I managed a 4-person software engineering team responsible for all defects / bug fixes / enhancements on DI Classic Application – This software product is currently accountable for 75% of all customer visits and upwards of 50% of all company revenue at Drillinginfo.

Responsible for process design around Data Working Group (DWG) – Involved company-wide cross departmental membership tasked with business rule development & data model standards as well as stewardship of corporate databases. Led agenda development, documentation and meetings. Served as Product Owner for Business Intelligence Dashboard Product – SaaS based analytics platform designed for use by C-Suite at Oil & Gas companies that assists in providing competitive and industry level intelligence.

Oversaw supervisors and the 50-person team involved in oil & gas lease mapping as well as provided direction for GIS StrikeForce – Special Projects Team. Oversaw development of LandTrac Leases & Units Product responsible for 40% of company revenue. Direct Reports were critical to delivering daily Rig Real-Time Location Product obtained from over 1500 GPS devices on drilling rigs throughout the United States. Responsible for overall development/mentorship of GIS Group and long-term strategy and system design for ever-growing enterprise GIS. Served as Systems Administrator for ArcGIS Services. Served as Technical/Team Lead for International SaaS Product sold to multi-national Oil & Gas Companies. International Products contribute over $4 Million in revenue annually. Project management related software experience includes Rally, Kanbanery, JIRA / Confluence, PlanBox, BaseCamp, and Sharepoint.

Maintained over 30 environmental relational databases used in the creation of maps & reports for over 5,000 Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments. Numerous custom research, analytical, and mapping projects were completed using ESRI - ArcGIS and MapInfo technology for over 200 separate clients. Produced over 2000 Water Well Area of Review Location Maps for TCEQ's Leaking Storage Tank Reimbursement Program. Have been co-owner of privately held corporation since 1999. Ownership duties included acting as Secretary of Corporation from 1999-2008 as well as performing Sales/Marketing functions and contract negotiations. Fully responsible for Product Development and Management while working at Atlas E.R., Inc. for 13+ years.

Maintained property records for over 200 locations and over 100 years of history. Handled all sales, acquisitions, and easement contract negotiations on city properties.Created and maintained city-wide mapping system/database of over 50,000 legally-described parcels.Responsible for inventory and safe-guarding of library – maps, oversized drawings, aerial photo collection, etc. Responsible for all GPS mapping and surveying of all City of Alamogordo infrastructure including water lines, sewer lines, streets, buildings, etc. Worked on 6-month long surveying/mapping project of the La Luz-Fresnal Water Collection System in the Sacramento Mountains of Southern New Mexico. Equipment and software used included Trimble 5800 Series Survey Grade GPS, AutoCAD LDD, and ESRI-ArcInfo.

Researched well records at Texas Railroad Commission. Worked on numerous projects including W-14 / H-1 applications for injection/disposal well permits. Left Miller Consulting, Inc. for opportunity to partner in the newly formed Atlas Environmental Research (Later incorporated as Atlas E.R., Inc.) in October 1995.

File research at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (formerly TNRCC & TWC) and the Texas Railroad Commission. Worked on the Boling Salt Dome Hazardous Injection Well Mapping Project. This included collection of water and oil/gas well information for Sensitive Receptor Survey Area around Boling Salt Dome in southeast Texas. Thousands of well records dating from 1920s to 1992 were obtained and mapped using AutoCAD software. Other duties included assisting in the W-1 (Oil & Gas Well) Permit "walkthrough" process for several large oil & gas corporations. Also responsible for title research conducted on hundreds of properties in multiple states throughout the United States.
