These are all concepts which concern many people as they become older.When individuals review their retirement goals, whether 10 years before retirement or after they have retired, they want to make sure that they are on the right track. They want to feel comfortable that their investment strategy, not only accomplishes their daily financial needs, but also provides for their future goals. I enjoy helping individuals to feel confident that they can meet their goals through basic financial planning. I often joke that I am a frustrated educator because I want to make sure clients understand fundamental concepts which are important for them. Too often individuals can feel overwhelmed with financial information they hear from the media and friends. They want a road map which offers guidance on their path of retirement.As a female, I can appreciate when women are sometimes not comfortable with investments. Often, they have not faced those decisions previously. Regardless of gender, I strive to help my clients to have an understanding of financial and investment concepts. I try to be a resource for all their financial related questions. This is one of the many benefits of a team approach to serving our clients-- if I do not have the answer, one of the other professionals within the Trust and Wealth Management group will.
