Sourced vintage Palm Springs hotel in need of full renovation. Assembled investor group and raised debt and equity to acquire, renovate and launch a new hotel brand. Personally supervised and managed $1M full property renovation in 10 weeks. Partnered with leading PR agency to launch brand, successfully generating global awareness resulting in above market ADRs and occupancy. Hired and managed key staff and supervised operations and marketing. Established robust wedding and special events business. Successfully sold in May 2022 for a record-setting price in Coachella Valley. Investors received above market returns on investment multiple years ahead of original exit plan.
