I awaken Curiosity, inspire Creativity, and deepen Connectivity for Students, Teachers, and, Colleagues by creating Transformative Learning Adventures. The birth of my first daughter inspired the founding of The Magic Me Laboratory, a Creative Learning Center. Initially my focus has been to design STEAM Learning Adventures for Foundation phase students that create experiences of the Science disciplines that are profoundly engaging and practically tangible for the youngest learners. My learning philosophy is guided by striving to inspire the development and harmony of the head, heart and hands. I see education as a tool that can be used to cultivate the qualities of humanity which inspire the expansion of beauty, abundance and human consciousness.My discovery based approach to presenting science experiments would often cause learners to exclaim: "Wow, that was magic!". This feedback inspired The Magic Me Laboratory phrase "Explore the magic of science and the science of magic". I have taken the magical nature of science a step further by incorporating a stage magic component into our STEAM curriculum. This creates the opportunity to stimulate a wider range of learning modalities, developing social intelligence and neurodiverse ability.I am currently growing The Magic Me Laboratory offering to include STEAM programs for primary learners, teacher training, curriculum development, corporate events and teambuilding.
