As a member of the Diversey Research and Development Leadership Team, my responsibilities include providing technical input and guidance on Diversey's global microbiology programs, representing Diversey in the area of food safety to technical societies and trade associations, and assisting customers and sales force with food safety issues and concerns. Additional responsibilities include consulting on innovation projects and new product development in the area of microbiology, evaluating potential food safety/microbial control impacts of new products and innovations, and monitoring new food safety and microbiology technology trends and developments outside of Diversey. I also lead the Diversey R&D Technology Council which is responsible for ensuring that Diversey has the technical capability to deliver our business strategy.

Responsibilities include providing technical input and guidance on SEE's global food safety programs, representing SEE in the area of food safety to technical societies and trade associations, and assisting customers and sales force with food safety issues and concerns. Additional responsibilities include leading innovation projects and new product development in the area of food safety, evaluating potential food safety impacts of new products and innovations, and monitoring new food safety and microbiology technology trends and developments outside of SEE

Responsibilities include providing technical input and guidance on JD's global food safety programs, representing JD in the area of food safety to technical societies and trade associations, and assisting customers and sales force with food safety issues and concerns. Additional responsibilities include leading innovation projects and new product development in the area of food safety, evaluating potential food safety impacts of new products and innovations, and monitoring new food safety and microbiology technology trends and developments outside of JD. I also lead the registered products R&D group from 2006 to 2009.

Responsibilities include leading projects, monitoring and ensuring the quality of science being carried out in the laboratory, line manager role for other project leaders, scientists, and technicians in the skillbase, advising the business on hygiene issues, providing microbiological technical support, assisting customers with microbiological problems and issues, provide guidance on regulatory issues, propose new projects, monitor and evaluate trends, risks, and new technology in the area microbiology, particularly as it relates to food quality, safety, and processing.

Responsibilities include leading projects, providing microbiological technical support, assisting customers with microbiological problems and issues; represent the business to trade associations such as the SDA and CTFA.

Responsibilities include serving as technical leader in studying the effect of mild surfactants on personal hygiene, developing new methodologies to use to substantiate antimicrobial claims for personal wash and other products, plant and product hygiene monitoring and methodology, preparing reports and presenting progress toward business goals, representing business interests to the SDA/CTFA, and dealing with packaging issues.

Responsibilities included implementing and maintaining experiments for research projects and teaching and lecturing in food microbiology labs and lectures.
