Home Based Solar Sales is a team of over 1,000 independent solar salespeople that work from home and on their own schedule and represent Reach Solar. We work in a very different business model than traditional solar sales. All our people work virtually. There is no doorknocking. They work with homeowners in 39 states and Puerto Rico to show them what they can save monthly on their electric bill by going solar with no money out of their pocket. They also show them the tens of thousands they'll save long term and the 30% government tax credit that may be available to them. We have done away with the redline compensation model which puts the salesperson last in line to make money. Instead, we use a Revenue Share model that puts the salesperson first. Our business model is scalable and our goal is to help the U.S. increase the number of homes in the U.S. that have solar from the current 4% to 40% in the next 10 years.
