After years of direct selling and team building experience and winning multiple awards for recruiting and sales, I took a look at the national and global economic landscape directly in from of us. I came to the conclusion that there were very few industries that were going to fair well in the next few years and only one that was going to benefit our country in the effort to become less dependent on fossil fuels. Growing the current market penetration of 4% of U.S. homes having solar is not only extremely beneficial but it is imperative. A big challenge is the state of the current solar industry due to the business model most solar companies have adopted. It is not beneficial to the residential customer or the salesperson helping that customer. We're changing that. Our business model puts the customer and salesperson first. In that way, we can attract more salespeople with integrity who will go out and spread the word about how much homeowners can save by going solar.
