Known as the Oklahoma Professional Employer Organization Act, the bill protects the rights and defines the responsibilities of PEOs, client companies and their worksite employees.An active member of the Oklahoma City community, Hageman served on the board of trustees of the Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools, which works to improve the quality of education for students in all Oklahoma City Public Schools. Hageman also served on the board of the Allied Arts and was board chairman for the Oklahoma Venture Forum. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska and is a certified public account. Hageman also is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City’s Class XVIII. A respected leader and successful entrepreneur, Hageman is a two-time nominee of The Journal Record's Oklahoma's Most-admired CEOs program.
