Throughout his career, Dale Hageman has helped businesses grow and succeed. Dale saw an opportunity to improve the employment experience for business owners, and in 1992, he founded Accord Human Resources. Hageman's leadership grew the company from a small office with four employees to a thriving multi-state Professional Employer Organization (PEO). Most recently, Dale has continued to pursue his passion for business by applying his more than 30 years of business and financial expertise as an independent business strategy consultant.A pioneer of the professional employer organization (PEO) industry, Hageman has been instrumental in developing legislation that protects both employees and employers. His accomplishments include partnering with Oklahoma PEOs and the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner to draft and lobby for passage of H.B. 2267. Known as the Oklahoma Professional Employer Organization Act, the bill protects the rights and defines the responsibilities of PEOs, client companies and their worksite employees.An active member of the Oklahoma City community, Hageman served on the board of trustees of the Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools, which works to improve the quality of education for students in all Oklahoma City Public Schools. Hageman also served on the board of the Allied Arts and was board chairman for the Oklahoma Venture Forum. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska and is a certified public account. Hageman also is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City’s Class XVIII. A respected leader and successful entrepreneur, Hageman is a two-time nominee of The Journal Record's Oklahoma's Most-admired CEOs program.
