As CEO of Accord, Dale performed a critical role in the acquisition and integration of Accord Human Resources into the TriNet organization. During the crucial transition period following the acquisition, Dale served as President of the Accord product, working with the TriNet executive team and sharing important insights and information regarding everything from staff competencies and department processes to existing technology and client and vendor relationships. His dedication to the integration of processes and cultures while maintaining client relationships resulted in an incredibly high client retention rate and internal staff retention—an impressive feat following an acquisition of any type. In addition to his roles pertaining to the Accord book of business, Dale also took on the longer-term challenge of working with TriNet’s Corporate Development team on the organization's future acquisition strategy, identifying potential future acquisition targets and pursuing those opportunities as they developed.

Dale Hageman founded Accord Human Resources with the goal of helping good employers become great, and over the past 23 years, he has accomplished exactly that. As a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), also known as human resources outsourcing, Accord helped businesses in Oklahoma and throughout the nation grow and thrive. In its earliest days, the Oklahoma City-based company consisted of four employees in one small office, and under his leadership, it grew to be the largest PEO in Oklahoma and one of the top PEOs in the nation. By 2012, Accord had grown to nine locations serving more than 750 businesses and 15,000+ worksite employees across the nation. TriNet was so impressed by the success Hageman had achieved with Accord that it acquired the company, adding Accord’s clients and worksite employees to the TriNet book of business under the name TriNet Accord.Under his direction, Accord celebrated much recognition including being named five times as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc. Magazine. The company’s impressive growth and stability also resulted in Accord's inclusion on the Oklahoma City Chamber’s Metro 50 list of the fastest-growing privately held companies a total of 10 years during its 20 year history as an Oklahoma-based business. Dale Hageman formed and operated a captive insurance company in Barbados whose mission was to pool and reinsure the workers’ compensation risk of Accord Human Resources’ hundreds of clients. Oxford’s objective was to provide protection from insurance market cycles and build up surplus in order to protect Accord and its clients from cyclical adverse loss experience.

During Dale’s tenure as Chief Financial Officer, the organization employed approximately 150 professionals in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma providing a wide range of commercial real estate services. Dale served on the Board of Partners and was instrumental to the success of the organization. In addition to budgeting and financial reporting, he managed several functional and financial areas including Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Benefits and Risk Management. He also managed the company’s corporate insurance including general, directors and officers, and professional liability, as well as the property and liability insurance program for over 25 commercial real estate properties.
