As CFO, I am responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy of ZapCarbon. This includes finance, marketing, sales, product development, and customer service functions. My expertise is merging technical knowledge with marketing and business development skills to drive sustainable success.My role is centred on championing the customer experience and ensuring that ZapCarbon meets our client needs and expectations. I work closely with cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions that advance our long-term goals. Ultimately, I serve as the driving force behind our commercial endeavours, creating synergy between our offerings and the market landscape.
