• Supporting the implementation of Ontario’s Climate Change Action Plan (CCAP) by leading the development of policies and programs that promote the adoption of electric vehicles • Project managing three initiatives, including options analysis, senior management and Minister’s briefings and submissions to multiple Cabinet committees • Developed a quantitative model to evaluate the impacts of a range of electric vehicle incentives on program costs and greenhouse gas emissions; secured a significant funding increase to ensure successful implementation of Cabinet direction• Represented Ontario as a key subject matter expert on two intergovernmental zero-emission vehicle expert groups.
