As part of the technical services group, my primary responsibility was to prepare, review, and troubleshoot biomarker deliveries for medical image analysis projects. This involved preparation of XML and Excel templates to gather and format the data, and working with project managers, image scientists, and radiologists to investigate issues. Additionally, I setup image processing workflows and configurations, prepared and reviewed data transfer specifications, and implemented several process improvements to increase our efficiency.

Designed and developed a distributed research manager for the U.S. Navy Research Laboratory using SQL Server 2005, WPF, EntitySpaces, and .NET 3.0. My responsibilities included design, development of our SQL Server database, business layer, distributed processing services, and some of the more complex user interface components using XAML. Additionally, I helped to setup our development infrastructure (CruiseControl, Apache, SVN), developed interactive product demos using Wink, and worked directly with our customers to install and support the project.

Developed reports and software products and tools for a web-based student management system customized for NY state school districts. Worked directly with school officials and co-workers in various roles to gather requirements, estimate, schedule, develop, test, deploy, and support customizations.

Adjunct instructor for Computer Programming - Visual Basic .NET summer/evening course. Received a great deal of positive feedback from the students at the end of the semester, but decided not to continue in the fall due to time constraints.

Responsible for designing and developing web-based solutions using ASP .NET and Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
