The system serves the employees of 39 towns and districts in Franklin County, Massachusetts, administering the funding and distribution of retirement benefits for those employees. The executive director answers to a five member board of trustees, carrying out board policy in investments, public relations, benefits, and fiscal integrity. The executive director expresses a high level of communications with many outside contacts, such as: investment managers and consultants, legal counsel, administrators and boards of fellow retirement systems, various levels of federal, state, and local government – as well as managing the efforts of four staff.

Using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic we develop and provide software applications to financial departments in municipalities. We provide the following to the listed communities:• Tax Collections - Bernardston, Gill, New Salem, Princeton, Warwick• Accounting Ledger - Heath, Princeton, Warwick

As founder and president of the parent company, doing business as Munipros, I directed four employees providing accounting, consulting, and support services to small towns in Western Massachusetts. Doing business as Muniware, we developed software which is still in use and supported. We have an established reputation for providing good results.

Full charge of the accounting system and annual accounting cycle under the title of "Town Accountant". Managed staff, as well as train newly elected treasurers and collectors, providing a smooth entry into the new endeavor.
