In additional to Managing a team of 20 in the Non-Performing Loans area of Freddie Mac, McMillen's experience includes managing a similar sized application development team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services and Electronic Data Systems, served as an Assistant Director at FINRA and NASD where he managed securities regulations systems after starting his career at Unisys as a software developer.HighlightsFREDDIE MAC: Managed the redesign of Workout Prospector in the Non-Performing Loans area to mitigate financial losses and managed the COVID-19 program to implement the mortgage servicing provisions of the CARES Act. Managed enhancements and production support for 16 different applications in the NPL and REO space with a team of 20 including managing contractors.FINRA/NASD: Designed and managed the development of the Advertising Regulation System which provides the submission, tracking, reviewing and disposition of essentially all advertising and brokerage communications in the securities industry in the United States. As Assistant Director, managed up to 25 staff and contractors to perform enhancements and production support on 20 applications supporting securities regulations.
