As part of this contract, I have the responsibility for ensuring our contracts and office adherence to all US Government regulations and labor laws for business transactions, are in line and compliant. This involves research, comparisons, and a knowledge of converting government regulations into understandable terms, and then applying those terms to our business without impacting company revenues. I've also been involved with the implementation of a Special Security Agreement and FOCI requirements per National Industrial Security Program and acting as liaison with Department of Defense Cyber Security Unit, helping to provide a stronger and safer network from hacking and security breeches. Working directly for the CFO and CEO, my position affords me the opportunity to continue to grow my managerial experiences, time management and critical thinking under pressures. I assisted directly Senior Executives in the development of central tools and reports in support of the Global and Corporate processes. One of my accomplishments involved design and implementing a regional Call Center and Interactive Voice Response Phone System, which reduced the number of abandoned calls from 25% of total calls to less than 5% weekly. Other tasks I was involved in included acting as Project Manager for Installation Site Testing and Volume Production Environment on a new North American software program and a Project Manager for the development of a new organizational department, driven by a financial requirement to reduce outstanding revenue. I was able to reduce the total dollars outstanding over 60 days by 71% from $15 million to just over $500k.
