Dale serves as the managing partner of the Pacific Wealth Management Group (PWMG) at Morgan Stanley, and as a Managing Director for Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2008, he founded and managed the first and largest private wealth team in the Pacific Northwest for UBS. He began his career more than two decades ago as an institutional bond trader, returning to the Northwest after working in the Washington DC area in the early 1990s. Dale has been named a Top 20 Best In-State Advisors by Forbes (2014-2023) and has appeared repeatedly on the Barrons list of top US Financial Advisors (2017-2023). Most recently he was recognized as the top financial advisor in his state by both Forbes and Barrons (2023). Dale has a depth of experience in money management and trading for both institutional and individual clients over the past three decades. In addition to advanced asset allocation and portfolio disciplines, Dale focuses on hedging and monetization strategies for concentrated or restricted stock positions, delta capture liquidity, stock options, customized and discount block sales, and 10b5-1 plans.
