I am a Chartered Architectural Technologist with 40 years experience in the architectural profession covering most building types. In June 2000 I founded Dale Roberts Design Architectural Services. I have a desire to achieve maximum potential for every project. Good architecture comes from an understanding of how important a good working relationship is with our clients.I am also passionate about designing buildings which we hope results in something others will enjoy.As a practise we embrace a broad skill-set and can handle a diverse range of projects while being small enough to provide a highly personal client focused service.We are members of the chartered institute of architectural technologists (ciat)We carry out:– Brief taking– Statutory consultation– Feasibility studies– Concept design– Detail design– Co-ordinated production information– Employer’s Requirements and tender documentation– Advice on contractor selection– Site inspections

Responsible for projects ranging from £100K - £2M from original conception of design through to detailed and working drawings, production information including specification writing and supervision on site to project completion.

Responsible for detailed working drawings on a wide variety of projects from residential refurbishments to sheltered housing for the elderly. Obtaining necessary statutory approvals, liasing and coordinating with other professional disciplines and assisting with project management.
