As one of the largest ferry services in the world, BC Ferries realigned their business focus to attract private-sector investment and establish innovative partnerships that respond to the marketplace. The newly created corporate marketing division was identified as a key driver in support of these objectives, building consensus and fostering collaboration from a broad spectrum of internal and external constituents.
