Professional sports instruction, specializing in baseball for ages 4 to adult. With more than 20 years of baseball experience, including Division I baseball and 3 years of professional ball, I offer indvidualized training in the areas of hitting, defense, pitching, speed training, base running and throwing velocity. Each training program or lesson is developed based on the needs of the client - there is no cookie cutter method. It's about evaluating and meeting the client's needs, whether the goal be to just have fun playing ball or to fine tune specific techniques. I offer individual lessons, group classes, and parties for all ages.
