This was accomplished by cold calling, product demonstrations and constant follow ups with both prospects and customers. In addition a major factor of our success came from distributors which we set up. These distributors employ Sales Professionals and not "order takers" and they assist us greatly on a daily basis.

My responsibilities included:• Scheduling with General Contractors as to when our scope of work would be ready for our erection crew. • Reviewing plans and making on site inspection clarifying that other subs work was complete for us to begin our work. • Creating site specific safety and Fall Protection plans. Also making sure our 23½ ton Boom Truck met all safety requirement prior to arriving on site. • Making sure projects are completed on time and met all requirements of the specifications.

Supervised the construction of custom homes after the slab was placed. Responsibilities included but where not limited to: scheduling of subcontractors, meeting with building code officials, scheduling materials, making sure homeowners expectations were met, coordinate change orders etc.
