- Dale held a pivotal role overseeing numerous Committees and Boards, managing 100+ meetings to ensure strict adherence to regulatory and governance standards.- Heading a dynamic working group, Dale orchestrated the development of a visionary 5-Year Plan and strategy. Dale was responsible for the CEO Office Governance, including meeting agendas, minutes, actions and coordination of action updates from key stakeholders ahead of Committee meetings. Dale was also responsible for briefing the CEO on business progress against delivery plans and delivering feedback to Executives. Dale was actively involved in the Business Strategy, attending the Executive Committee, managing strategic plans and the delivery of these on behalf of the CEO.Dale led a review group that reviewed the Banks Governance Structure and Framework resulting in significant efficiency improvements across all levels of committees. Dale worked as part of a working group representing the CEO Office, reviewing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the Risk Appetite Statement. This work involved attending several working groups and understanding the potential impacts of any changes to the RMF. The changes ranged from wording changes to changes in the delegated authority limits and ultimately the principles to which it was applied.Dale led a working group carrying out an end-to-end review of the Bank’s Current Account proposition as well as reviewing the product strategy, this involved delivering several workshops and working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.Dale overseen some the Bank’s largest IT Change projects working closely with executives on projects in excess of £100m capital expenditure and reporting findings to the CEO.Dale supported with the creation and implementation of a customer-centric 5-Year Plan. This involved working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and 3rd parties to deliver more than £30m in cost reduction and an incremental increase in income over the planned period. Dale supported the CEO Office and Finance to create an Investor Presentation that was presented by the CEO and Chairman resulting in the successful raising of £200m in Tier 2 debt.

Dale supported the delivery of GDPR compliance for the Bank. Dale was responsible for liaising with the Bank’s 3rd party suppliers ensuring they were GDPR compliant. Dale provided oversight of the budget and resources of the project ensuring the delivery against the schedule and budget. Dale implemented and socialised a new delivery plan and strategy, engaging with senior stakeholders across the business.

Dale led several workshops with SME’s and Senior Stakeholder, as well as 1-to-1 interviews, utilising Lean Six Sigma Techniques to remove waste from processes and improving the customer journey. Dale created the first Digital solution to come from a root cause review, allowing customer to easily amend details online for the first time, this resulted in a 30% reduction in demand into the contact centers. Identifying systemic issues across the Bank and providing solutions that will improve the customer journey, reduce cost, reduce risk and comply with current and up and coming regulations
