In the same period, we achieved 87% of the annual food and beverage target; with the final quarter expected to generate a further 30% in revenue.

The head office for Avon Australasia manages the sales, marketing and logistical requirements for the sales generated by its 60,000 sales representatives.The company runs incentive programs designed to motivate representatives during the 18 campaigns run each year. This role is responsible for the management of those campaigns. Under the guise of a newly recently appointed VP of Sales, the events program is undergoing a refresh. The program includes sales conferences and incentive trips for the sales team. The aim is to expand this program in the coming twelve months in an effort to increase sales activity.

Involved in the development, establishment and delivery of the annual events program. This includes international and local conferences, public seminars and product launches, designed to build the profile of the law school. Duties included development of the program in consultation with stakeholders, budget setting in accordance with departmental objectives and ongoing development and evaluation of the faculty’s events policy and operating procedures.

Based at the Continental European office in the Netherlands, responsibilities included devising the Benelux program and the retail strategy for all key European markets. Duties also included sourcing member funds to execute an annual program of trade shows, consumer events, educational programs, PR activities and a number press/trade trips per year. Evaluation of programs and budgets, review of policies and goal setting was performed in accordance with stakeholder’s expectations.

Supported the sales team through provision of market insights, management of partner training programs and participation at trade and consumer events.

Accounts included the Metropolitan Ambulance Service and the Department of Justice.
