Working collaboratively with law, assisted in creating the Master Agreement and Utility Agreement between PG&E and the High-Speed Rail. Also acted as a land rights liaison to PG&E’s Law Department.

Was responsible for matters relating to land rights including various types of negotiations with property owners, document review and resolution of title issues, rearrangement of PG&E gas and electric facilities, management of third party uses of company lands and easements, and management of PG&E fee properties. Prepared contracts in support of facility relocations and land management activities. Discussed title and land rights matters with private, public, and governmental bodies and agencies.

Specialized in obtaining easements, determining property rights, preparing legal descriptions and maps, and negotiating permit acquisition.
