In my current position at SAS I support the sales team and serve as a customer advocate before and after the sale. I am a subject matter expert in the areas of law enforcement operations, intelligence collection and analysis, and homeland security. I am also involved in new product development and customer training.

23 years with the Michigan State Police as a trooper and finishing my career as a Detective First Lieutenant and serving as the Commander of the Michigan Intelligence Operations Center.

During my 23 year career with the Michigan State Police I served in many capacities such as a uniformed trooper, detective, post commander and fusion center commander. This included the running of major investigations such as homicides, robberies and sexual assaults. I was also responsible for the management of numerous work locations responsible for providing police services to the citizens of Michigan. I have been involved in major operations such as the 2006 Super Bowl, detail commander for numerous presidential motorcades. I have ran a undercover narcotics unit as well as working tobacco smuggling cases as a undercover officer. During the last few years I served as the IT project manager for two multi-million dollar IT projects and retired as the commander of the Michigan Intelligence Operations Center, the state’s primary fusion center which is responsible for intelligence collection, crime analysis and support of the homeland security mission.
