Develop, conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees. Planned, scheduled and facilitated WMS classroom training for over 300+ new hourly associates in a two day period. Directed operations for a 240,000 sq. ft. Columbus Distribution Center servicing the Express brand. Trained and developed six team members and over 140 associates. Co-assembled P&L budgets for all operational areas and held full accountability for departments operating within projected budgets.

Directed aspects of operations for three-quarters of 1 million sq. ft. facility on second shift. Led outbound operations of Victoria Secret/Pink stores. Trained and developed six team members and more than 75 associates.

Managed liquidation, shut down of Structure brand and facility consolidation of Express brand which resulted in moving 1.5 million units of Express inventory on schedule and on budget. Directed aspects of operations for a 1st shift operation of the Structure Distribution Center. Trained and developed 2 exempt team members and over 35 associates.Directed all aspects of operations for a 2nd shift operation of the Express Distribution Center. Trained and developed 3 exempt team members and over 50 associates.

Served as Senior Liaison between Columbus distribution center and home office reported to CFO of Structure.
