About Dale Carlson

Longtime College Head Football named National Coach of the Year. Professional experience as Offensive Coordinator. I have guided my teams to 117 victories as a Head Football Coach.Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks coach for the Arkansas Attack of MLFB in 2022. Coached Receivers for the ‘21 Spring League Champions The Lineman. Two Lineman receivers signed NFL camp contracts and one signed and played in the CFL. I have held faculty rank as an Assistant Professor. I have college administrative experience having served as Assistant Athletic Director.My experience in college football, professional football, and higher education has led to the development of many skills. As a Head Football Coach I manage, hire, and supervise personnel; market the football program to the community; fund raise to sustain the program; recruit qualified student-athletes by communicating the vision of the football program and the University; develop players skills; and manage the operating budget.I have developed 2 college football programs from their beginning - Trine University in Indiana and Ohio Dominican University. Each school experienced success quickly. Trine University played in the national semi-finals and finished 3rd in the country in the 1998 final season poll. 1998 was the fourth year of football at Trine University. Trine finished in the top 25 in the final season poll from 1999-2002.Ohio Dominican University finished 17th in the final 2006 season poll. 2006 was Ohio Dominican's third year of football. In 2007, the fourth year of football, Ohio Dominican won the Mid-States Football Association Championship and advanced to the quarterfinals of the national play-offs. In 2008 and 2009 Ohio Dominican University finished in the top 25 in the final season poll.Specialties include: 1. Leadership and organization2. Football tactical knowledge3.
