NCS (formerly Ryko), PE owned, is the largest provider of car wash equipment, technical support services and associated car care solutions in North America. I led the Professional Services business with full P&L responsibility, as well as Sales. Integration of equipment sales and professional services was a key differentiator enabling Ryko to provide.

Chicago

Led a $230MM joint venture (owned by Sears Holdings and Whirlpool Corporation) providing more than 2.2MM on-site product repairs for all major manufacturers, retailers, third party administrators and consumers. Reporting to Board of Directors, led successful integration of two large B2B2C service businesses creating the nation's largest independent service.

Maytag (acquired by Whirlpool Corporation in 2006) was a $6B manufacture of home appliances.As VP/GM I developed and managed a $300M services business with 1500+ employees providing service and parts support for appliance manufacturers, retailers and third party warranty providers. Key successes included:- Introduction of Lean/Six Sigma discipline to drive.
