In business and life, I strive to improve everything I touch, whether it be a piece of real estate or a member of my team. #2. I started my first business at the age of 7… and while I don’t know everything, I’ve learned a great deal about business development and share my thoughts periodically on this page.#3. I started Centra Companies in 2011… Centra Companies is the parent organization of Centra Homes and Centra Capital Partners. Since 2011, I have overseen the development of more than 1,500 homes, across 50+ communities totalling more than $500M in project value.#4. I’m currently focused on single-family home developments… I have experience in multifamily and commercial real estate and look forward to the day where we invest in those properties once again. But right now, we see the biggest opportunity in providing single-family homes to the market at price points buyers can afford.#5. I’m a husband and father to 6 kids… I love my family dearly and they are always top of mind.#6. I’m a BYU fan… GO COUGARS!!#7.
