I was instrumental in producing a Globalization Test Wizard that identifies areas for globalization testing in software products. I am now Globalization Test architect for IBM software group and the owner of the GVT process.I have also redesigned and supervised the deployment of the following systems and processes in the our internal g11n management and planning system: - Software globalization assessment system that is used to assess IBM software.- Acquisition wizard system that is used to guide newly acquired teams through the IBM software globalization processes.- Deviation process (when teams do not meet the g11n requirements)- Notification and subscription services- Translation classification (translation decision making optimization)November 2002 - June 2004 IBM, Westford, MAI joined the GPD@Westford team which is part of the Global Product Development team of IBM to be the International Test lead for the Next Generation Mail product: a J2EE application that runs on Websphere and DB2 called IBM Lotus Workplace. I was in the Globalization Lab at the Lotusphere 2003 and in the Workplace Lab at Lotusphere 2004 in Orlando.

I was part of the Engineering Outreach team for Bayer AG and Deutsche Bank and in 2002 I was also a key grip for the Deutsche Bank early deployment of Domino 6.
