• Oversees the daily operations of the Equity Data Management team, which is responsible for the collection, maintenance, and quality control of certain data points that in turn serve as inputs to the various products related to the Equity Index Series• Allocates and monitors the work assignment of the team members to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of the data required• Maintains quality of the data provided by the team by anticipating possible issues and doing root-cause analysis on errors committed• Mentors and guides other people managers within the team to ensure that they are leading their respective teams properly• Conducts regular performance management for all team members by individually meeting with them and assessing their accomplishments against the agreed upon goals and objectives• Coordinates with the team’s counterparts in Mumbai for work allocation and deliverables• Conducts interviews during the recruitment process and is involved in the selection of proper candidates for the team• Responsible for the administrative tasks of the team, such as OT approval, leaves scheduling, compliance training, reimbursement approval, etc.

• Ensures that the client Trades, Holdings, and Cash movements are properly captured and reflected in the Hedge Fund Services Accounting system• Oversees the daily operations of the Fund of Hedge Funds Fund Accounting team ensuring daily targets, compliance, efficiency and productivity of all team members.• Communicates and coordinates with the team’s multiple counterparties to ensure smooth and seamless handover of deliverables and dependencies.• Assesses the team’s overall accuracy and timeliness metrics and communicates the results to the team's stakeholders• Completes the End-of-Day check to ensure that all deliverables of the team are signed off properly• Monitors OT Hours and ensures that the team has appropriate staffing level and capacity at any given time• Drives and actively monitors the performance of the direct reports and engages with their development plans• Conducts interviews during the recruitment process and is involved in the selection of proper candidates for the team• Helps out with the team’s daily allocations/workload by switching to production work when needed• Ensures that all queries to the team are investigated and addressed appropriately• Is actively involved in the regular management meetings to identify and address possible accuracy and control gaps• Ensures that all breaks or differing reconciliation items for all funds are properly monitored and resolved on a timely manner

• Oversees the daily operations of the Hedge Fund Research Team ensuring weekly targets, compliance, efficiency and productivity of all team members.• Design, implement and continuously revise workflow to ensure that production targets are delivered. • Ensure appropriate staffing levels particularly on Philippine holidays by implementing and monitoring OT work• Ensures employee year-end ratings support overall performance distribution guidelines set by the company by conducting regular performance checks• Suggest automation initiatives and actively engage in the definition and development of full innovation or automation ideas.• Involved in personnel selection and recruitment processing of new employees, which include verification of employment qualifications through interview• Ensures that the employees’ quarterly bonus payouts are within the company budget by monitoring their production numbers and adjusting the bonus parameters as necessary.• Drive query management by ensuring that all internal and external queries are resolved on a timely manner, and effectively planning the query management process from investigation until resolution• Identify high potentials and ensure their development plans are in place and followed through. • Recognize high achievers and ensure that their achievements are properly recognized through the appropriate medium.• Ensures employees’ compliance to company protocols and issues disciplinary actions such as verbal and written warnings, suspension and termination. • Establish and manage personnel, financial, operational and other internally sensitive documentations including approvals of employee payroll and leave requests.• Involved in the distribution of the annual merit increase of the employees by allocating the yearly budget to the individuals based on their performances.
