I am an owner’s representative, project manager, and Licensed Architect with over 36 years of experience across the hospitality, retail, office, and residential sectors, including ground-up, adaptive reuse, expansion, and renovation projects. As an owner’s representative, my primary responsibility and fiduciary duty is to deliver my client’s projects in the most effective manner. I strive to operate on the principle of ‘no surprises’, through constant and effective communication tailored to my client’s preferences. My training as an architect allows me to fully understand the client’s goals and vision, and to to ensure that the design and project teams maintain the same focus.
