I learned early on in my career that what motivates me is working for the enhancement of students and young adults. My college years were instrumental in allowing me to explore my values and my community, lead others and be led, and make mistakes and know that's okay. I was fortunate to learn from compassionate mentors that taught me how to grow not just intellectually, but also emotionally, personally, professionally, and spiritually. Today I'm still on that journey but I have the ability to assist the next generation of college students in maximizing this extraordinary time in their lives.
