As a founding CSA team member, my role has focused on developing and the guidance of solution architectures, developing job design patterns, & best practices to a growing customer base. As manager with 7 direct reports, my expanded responsibilities incorporated helping lead the creation, empowerment, and mentoring of a now global organization of 20+ senior technical architects Created and delivered technical content and solutions to the broader customer success organization.

Assumed a lead role as the US CSA team expanded. Primary customer facing focus provided invaluable solutions and technical guidance. Crafted the Architecture Design & Implementation of a modern data warehouse for a wireless media content provider to 15 Latin America countries; 42 carriers; 20+ million users; 7+ Billion historical transactions. The automated, metadata driven architecture I designed and built successfully processed over 6 million daily SMS transactions. The resulting DW containing over 30 Billion records utilized Data Vault 1.0 (http://danlinstedt.com/) modeling, InfoBright columnar database (www.infobright.com), and Talend ETL Data Integration (www.talend.com) in a private, managed cloud infrastructure, produced complex queries against result set in under 5 secs.
