Support software and users for AutoCAD, Bin and Barcode Labels, Powerway, Monarch / Evergreen, Crystal Reports, Garment Design, Clarity BSN 2.0. Maintain wireless network in manufacturing. Support the Nortel telephone system. Support the Textile Laboratory testing applications and hardware, including the micro view microscope and video capture computer. Local Support For BPCS: Reset passwords, vary on / off users, printer connectivity and other administrative functions. Support for any new projects.

End user support for two physical locations with approximately 200 workstations and printers and approximately 10 servers. Manage MS Active Directory, Exchange, various database and application servers.
