Prior to Advoco, Dale was the Vice President of Operations for Pinnacle Staffing in Greenville, SC. Pinnacle Staffing is headquartered in Greenville, SC and provides workforce strategies nationally in almost every skill set an organization might need. Pinnacle’s main focus is partnering with large manufacturing plants to provide On-Site Contingent Workforce Management Solutions. Dale joined Pinnacle Staffing in 2007 and played a critical role in expanding Pinnacle's footprint by implementing a large national contract that included 7 locations in 6 different states. Dale holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Business and Communications from the University of South Carolina. Dale is a leadership-orientated management professional with over 20+ years of strategic HR/Operations experience mainly focused in the manufacturing and technology industries.
