Changes resulted in better returns compared to benchmarks and less volatility in annual plan contributions.• Led annual strategic, long range and operating plans, budgets and forecasts. • Led negotiations for land acquisition and for planning and implementation of major construction projects for the company resulting in projected cost savings for the next forty years. • Led business process improvement, internal control improvement, and SAP implementation projects that included teams from technical areas of the company, resulting in major operational improvements and cost savings. • Led process improvement for annual external audit reporting resulting in more timely reporting, a more efficient audit process, and reduced growth in audit fees.
