Being the first programmatic commercial hire outside of the US I led the programmatic audio narrative and strategy across EMEA and SEA. Part of the U.K. ad leadership team and championed the launch of programmatic (audio and video) for all markets outside of North America. Responsible for creating and leading the commercial strategy across Europe and the rest of International. I worked closely with the US to expand strategies and introduce new solutions in local markets. I was the lead point for all programmatic partners (DSP, SSPs, Trading Desks) outside of the US and work closely on agency trading deals and partnerships. I regularly met with senior management at agencies to discuss strategy and regularly attend industry events. I had taken a lead in ensuring all markets outside the U.S have had programmatic coverage which includes working with all country leads. I launched a company wide training program for both operations and sales still used to this day.
