Testing whether a special loading of the spine can be effective in rehabilitating lower back pain. Responsibilities involve modeling the development of spine degeneration to assess flow of nutrients from the spine and assisting in surgeries required for the model of spine degeneration.

Within my summer internship, I executed numerous testing protocols for an early stage FDA registered and ISO13485 certified medical device manufacturer that develops and manufactures innovative respiratory products. I discovered an issue during testing with a component that will represent a $5/unit cost reduction, identified and resolved source of leaking in a critical disposable, redesigned and fabricated a fixture to improve manufacturing efficiency for a new product, and performed software validation testing for a new device, where I discovered a bug in the software.

During my summer breaks, I collaborated with Coaches from Europe to create week long soccer camps for children ages 4-13. These camps would develop their soccer skills in a fun and entertaining atmosphere. My role involved creating and implementing drills while helping to run the camp.
