as Architectural Project Manager for AlAhli Holding Group acting as the primary point of contact for client with responsibility of • preparing Requests for Proposal (RFP) for consultants & prepare all official document which usually provided by the client• Responsible for carrying out the Design Development process by coordinating with the Development team, consultants, utility providers and all authorities, • Review, comment, approve the received designs and advise the consultant accordingly• Review, comment, approve datasets, GFA (Gross Floor Area), population changes, and TIS.• Review, comment, approve the impact of changes on existing approved planning parameters.• Prepare reports and correspondence for high management approval.• Develop project objectives, schedules and performance benchmarks in Architectural Design in coordination with consultants• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to project leadership• Endorsement of final specifications, approval of submitted materials and overall guidance on objectives and concepts as per rules followed.• Supervise the preparation and checks the accuracy of Contract Technical Documents in liaise with project team. • Understanding the process of authority approvals and ensuring that consultants are adhering to them.• Attend all meeting with different authorities on behave of the management • Participate in final inspection of improvement projects and make recommendations regarding acceptance of construction works.
