Personnel & Payroll: 1.Handling the social insurance and labor office issues. 2.Handling Medical Insurance subscriptions, Approvals, Fund cases and all related issues. 3.Updating and following up employees files. 4.Keeping records of all employees’ documents. 5.Handling all resignation & hiring procedures. 6.Preparing contracts, insurance forms, transfer letters and vacation balance for newly hired. 7.Issuing monthly pay slips to employees. 8.Manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. 9.Conduct and updating all human resources forms and permissions. 10.Coordinate organizational development activities and control that organization charts and job descriptions are up to date. Recruitment: 1.Receiving hiring requests from different departments. 2.Filtering, screening C.V’S and preparing short lists of Candidates. 3.Preparing for interviews with managers 4.Conduct interview. 5.Presenting offers to new candidates
