About Dalia Das

Dalia is an experienced executive, passionate female entrepreneur, thought leader and investor in the global education space. With the foundation of "neuefische - School and Pool for Digital Talent" in 2018 she created German's leading technology bootcamp and was runner up for The Spark Award 2022 awarded by Handelsblatt and McKinsey. Before she won the New Work Award twice and is frequently featured in leading German news. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she managed Bertelsmann's partnership with University Ventures (now Achieve Partners) the leading PE fund focused on innovation in education and workforce development. Collaborated with UV to develop a number of their innovative investment theses, specifically around online education and new education-to-employment models to close the skills gap in technology. Served as a Director of Synergis Education and University Now from 2012-2014. Prior to entering education, responsible for business development at BMG, the global music rights management company owned by Bertelsmann. Joined Bertelsmann in 2008 from America Online where she was responsible for Partnership Development and Strategy. Started career with Boutique Consulting Firm, specialized on Strategic Marketing. Degrees from University of Applied Sciences, Dortmund and Amsterdam Business School.
