• Consult with Event Producer and/or Show Producer to prepare a plan for the scope of work and review any scope changes throughout event production process.• Collaborate with Event Producer and Finance to review, approve and ensure any event related costs are documented billed appropriately to the client.• Lead project management elements, team meetings, benchmarks, etc., that pertain to the scope of work, including client meetings when applicable.• Coordinate and manager different internal technical lead teams as well and external support systems to organize creative material, technical systems, labor support, and any other needs that may come up.• Step into other leadership roles as needed when on-site.• Manage and build client relationships.

• Training in technical, operational, and sales solutions in the live event production industry • Familiarization with common and proprietary applications and services that aid in creating streamlined event solutions • Actively learning new ways to innovate live events to be engaging and memorable for all participants• Preparing to step into a management role at the end of the year as an associate producer

• Editing, producing and reviewing multimedia materials • Inputting and maintaining data for the studio excel document • Correcting audio and video issues• Diagnosing and fixing issues with the software• eLearning system maintenance functions, as assigned • Other technical and administrative duties as assigned

• Aid in set-up and strike of corporate AV events• Experienced in working with various sound/light boards, audio systems, projectors, and rigging systems• Assist technical directors in troubleshooting and maintaining audio and video systems during live events
