Creative Direction - Single point of contact for all creative decisions in the department and across all my freelance jobs- Develop and manage the brand look across all media channels- Manage designers and copywriters- Leverage cultural and consumer insights to ensure all creative work is strategy-led- Cultivate an environment in which people are inspired and feel safe to take risks and bring forward their insights, in both an online and offline setup- Create written creative rationales for all creative work- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders, teams, departments, and partners- Extensive experience in advertising- Attend client meetings and presenting creative work- Social media artworkMarketing Consultation- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research both independently and through external suppliers- Exceptional project management and strategic organization skills- Develop and implement strategic marketing ideas and plans- Manage all communications and campaign time-lines- Stay on top of marketing and industry advancements and trends- Create content for blog posts, websites, social media, etc- Translation and localization of marketing content from and to both Arabic and English- Develop best practices to execute marketing content and strategiesJewellery Designing- Conceptualize new designs and collections- Illustrate ideas and present them to clients- Determine the exact materials needed to produce each piece- Work closely with workshops to make sure jewellery pieces are up to standard.- Timely delivery.- Flexible and able to adapt to different situations. - Custom-make any design requirement, whether for individuals or companies.Translation & Content Writing- Translate to and from both Arabic and English.- Translation of research material, marketing and advertising content, essays, literary, commercial, technical, administrative, script, multimedia localization.- Content writing in both Arabic and English.
