Bennett Midland works with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and foundations to develop and implement new programs and initiatives, solve operational problems, and execute effective management strategies.

Served as adjunct lecturer for required core graduate-level course with average enrollment of approximately 175-200 students each semester. Topics taught include: accounting and GAAP principles; operating, cash, and capital budgeting; variance analysis; time value of money; cost allocation; creation of financial statements; and financial statement analysis.

- Served on 4-member team consisting of NYU graduate candidates to assess client needs and design a new financial management structure for the organization. - Analyzed finances and created the organization’s first-ever comprehensive annual operating and program budgets based on analysis of revenue and expense sources.- Developed a new chart of accounts to align with financial reporting requirements and GAAP accounting standards.- Developed internal control and in-kind donation valuation policies.

- Analyzed and created national and program office FY 2011 budgets.- Analyzed the current accounting system and chart of accounts.- Conducted a strategic plan for managing temporarily restricted grants and fostering fiscal accountability to grantors.

- Managed and administered patient and professional scholarship, grant and fellowship programs, including fiscal oversight and fund allocation. - Prepared grant requests for government, pharmaceutical and other private funding, including budget preparation and reconciliation.- Collaborated in the planning and budgeting for patient programs and professional programs.
