-Analyze sales data and collaborate with other departments and upper management to identify and strategize organizational goals.Maintain a detailed understanding of existing sales processes and identify areas open to process improvement. -Implement new processes, educating sales operators and teams on how best to utilize new tools and methods. -Directly assist teams developing high-value clients.

-Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.-Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.-Assist the team to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.

-Verifying that all medications have been properly ordered by a physician and are appropriate for the patient’s condition. -Dispensing medications in accordance with physicians’ orders-Monitoring patients’ reactions to medications, including side effects and adverse events.-Provides accurate, safe, timely, and appropriate medication therapy based on patient age and needs.
