-Lead trial paralegal on the federal prosecution team for over 60 hate crime, police excessive force, and human trafficking cases-Research and author legal memoranda on higher profile cases for the Deputy Chief -Manage day to day trial needs and collaborate with litigation support, and US Attorney’s office to prepare trial exhibits, discovery, subpoenas and court motions

-Co-developed and co-published measurement system to align Foundation Metrics with the United Nations Sustainable Development goals-Researched, and co-authored memorandum on best practices and lessons learned for food projects including partnerships with Sodexo and Hershey-Managed partnership outreach to over 120 organizations, set a record communication rate of return within my first 3 weeks-Monitored and analyzed data for over 7,000 projects on 6 continents including supply chain management, food security, and education initiatives -Proposed, devised, and successfully implemented new archiving system within second week of internship. The system was later scaled up and is now used Foundation-wide to record, standardize, and manage communication with partners

-Co-taught two Investigations in Legal Studies classes under a Stanford Legal Fellow-Devised and implemented human rights curriculum with a focus on refugees and genocide-Guest Lectured on human rights and public service-Devised and taught human rights curriculum with a focus on refugees and immigration law under Stanford Law instructor-Directly supervised 8 residential counselors and 47 students, coordinated work, class, and field trip schedules-Promoted to Head Counselor after 6 weeks

-Remote internship with the American Consulate in Jerusalem -Worked with 16 Palestinian youth in Gaza and West Bank to prepare them for their US college applications-Facilitated individual writing and grammar workshops

-Facilitated legislative correspondences between senators offices and helped gain support for policy initiatives-Complied and reported current constituent concerns and organizations policies to the Senator and her staff-Researched and assembled a daily briefing on foreign relations for the Foreign Policy & Defense Adviser -Authored memorandums for the health policy staff-Managed constituent services and tours of the US Capitol

-Recruited and trained 160 new mentors and 6 new organizations to donate to the Sage Mentorship Project-Mentored and tutored 5 underprivileged children in the Oakland Unified School District

-Served as the lead media correspondent for SF Chronicle, Daily Californian, and Azizah Women’s Magazine -Recruited 13 new organizations to partner with Feeding Forward that collectively donated 200 pounds of food -Successfully implemented new marketing strategy targeting college-aged students
