I write because words can cut right to the bone. They get to what’s real. I was a semi-finalist at SlaMENA: Echoes of Change competition held in Casablanca, Morocco, where I stood on a stage with nothing but my voice and a handful of poems that really told my story. I've worked as a Copywriter and Marketing and Communications Officer, finding ways to say just enough, in just the right way. My writing is grounded in research, and I constantly explore new platforms to expand reach, scale strategies in a sustainable way, and improve processes. I focus on community-building and building solid relationships with stakeholders.Not to forget, I started a writing club sometime in the early 2000's.
