My work revolves around understanding how we make decisions, form habits, and respond to various types of information.I hold a Ph.D. in Neuromarketing (Consumer Neuroscience) and possess over 12 years of expertise in the field. I have had the privilege of learning from and collaborating with leading researchers at Copenhagen Business School (Decision Neuroscience Lab founded by Thomas Zoëga Ramsøy) and the University of Southern California (Brain and Creativity Institute founded by Antonio Damasio). I was among the first to introduce education on this topic in Lithuania.My background spans multiple domains, including technology, marketing, design, public policy, innovation, management, and psychology, enabling me to provide a multidisciplinary perspective.I employ various research methods, such as surveys, interviews, workshops, and biometrics (EEG, eye-tracking, and electrodermal activity sensors), to explore the underlying reasons behind human actions. With over 8 years of experience speaking at global conferences and collaborating with various institutions, I assist companies by leveraging insights from neuroscience, neurotechnology applications, behavioral science, marketing, and design.Additionally, I offer individual consultations where I integrate Neuroscience, Coaching, and Gestalt therapy to help individuals discover greater authenticity in their lives.
