Conduct and facilitate wound care on a variety of patients experiencing homelessness in the Boston area. Will manage the wounds of upwards of 30 patients at a time would tend to many of them every day. This includes a high level of coordination with the health care provider and nurses. The health team will assess the wound as a unit, however it is my responsibility to each dressing change and alteration. Monitor and obtain vital signs, manage new arrivals and discharges, assist with meals, and ensure each patient's needs are met while nurturing a supportive healing environment.

Oversaw training and supervision of 20 young adult counselors, including schedule coordination, programming planning, staff bonding and team-building activities. Developed personal relationships with ~100 campers at the age of 13 and worked with counselors to ensure all campers felt safe, happy and well cared for.
